If barbecuing, barbecue the lightly oiled sausages on the perimeter of the griddle to prevent charring of the sausages. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging. For best results fry.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 15-18 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on rack. Turn occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 12-15 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally.

why so much fat?
There was a huge amount of fat came out of these when cooked. Once the pan had gone cold it was almost impossible to remove the hard fat from the pan. Dread to think what harm they do to you. Will not be buying again.
Way too much fat
The idea of mushroom sausages is great but these are way too processed and packed with unnecessary fat evident in the nutritional information, the cooking, the texture and the cleaning up, after having this product. I will not buy these again nor would I recommend them.

Bought at a flash sale - they were better than I thought they would be. On the whole very good, but high in saturated fat

so tasty I use to make mushroom meatballs as well as eat as sausage
Lovely alternative
I thought these were really nice and a great alternative to meat for a change. I like that they're not masquerading as fake meat as a lot of veggie products do. They air fried well, my only criticism is a lot of oil came out so would recommend a an air fryer or grill rack to cook.
Greasy
These were very greasy - loads came out of them into the pan, and they didn’t really seem to taste of anything. Rather disappointing.
