Great Value for money
This is my go-to flour for all baked goods. I use this instead of regular plain flour and it's just amazing. Tastes great and always makes light, fluffy cakes and bakes.

Good rise on bread
This is the second spelt flour which always gives a good rise on the bread. Add milled flaxseed, sultanas and walnuts. Always turns out good. Smells great.
