Try this with a stir fry, as an alternative to noodles or white rice.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%). Tear pouch part way at the top and place upright on a microwaveable plate. After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Stir well before serving.
Serve immediately.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a non-stick pan. Remove product from packaging. Add contents to the pan. Cook over a medium heat for 3 mins, stirring frequently.
Serve immediately.

Very filling
I tried this as a healthy option and was surprised at how tasty it is. I added some steamed veg and it made 2 meals for me.

I really used to love this but later on it hasn't been great. What has changed? Why so oily? It's a shame!

So good
With the addition of salt this was so delicious, I had mine cold with salad. Will definitely buy again, might even become a regular addition to my shopping list.

Delicious easy lunch!
This makes a very tasty and nutritious quick lunch for two. I put it on top of some salad leaves, drizzle of vinaigrette and a sprinkling of crunchy chick peas. Will definitely buy again!
