Not Spelt at All
Full of Wheat! So annoying when brands jump on a bandwagon without realising the real value of the choice. The point of spelt is no wheat Durr! There are key differences in the gluten components of spelt which is why some gluten/wheat-reactive people tolerate spelt better. Spelt has minor levels of Omega Gliadins compared with wheat and it does not contain the strongly antigenic Omega-5 Gliadins.6

In two minds, but not impressed.
delicious bread
I love this bread - tastes healthy. Love it for sandwiches but equally as nice toasted for breakfast - my weekly go to bread!
Wonderful bread
I had read about Wildfarmed flour and the benefits for the environment so delighted to find bread using this flour. The taste is light and delicious. Makes wonderful toast and with its green credentials, happy to pay more for this unique bread.
Delicious
Best bread, its life is a lot longer than on the pack and full of seeds, very tasty!
It's mostly wheat not spelt!
why is this bread called Spelt Bread when the main grain in it is wheat not spelt. it tastes nice but it is labelled wrong and this is important because some people find wheat hard to digest and spelt much easier to digest. I bought this bread in error because it was called Spelt Bread and that's what I thought it was. This is why I give it 2 stars.
