lovely
I love the taste, no added sugar or sweetener, just the natural sweetness of the fruit. It is quite thick so needs a good shake, I 'rinsed' the bottle out with a drop of milk, to make sure I got it all out, and either added it to the rest in a glass or just drank out the bottle. I saw a review suggesting this is ultra processed and can only assume the reviewer doesn't know what ultra processed food is. This contains only natural ingredients and tastes great, so long as you don't have too much of a sweet tooth.
expensive
I want these to be great because of the Zoe link but not sure! I quite like the taste, you need to use a spoon to scrape out the bottom otherwise you waste a certain amount. They are just very expensive.
The shot caused me stomach pain for weeks
One shot gave me pain. No gas or bloating, it just hurt profoundly. I certainly won't be using this again. --- Spectre should be more careful in his ventures. He should not be acting as a government advisor, head of a private company, dietary pundit and suppposedly scientific researcher. This is all a great conflict of interests and a fudge. --- Numbering the number of billion cultures on a product is entirely meaningless. It's only written to impress gullible punters. Is five billion better than one billion? Is ten better than five? All nonsense.
OK
These were OK but not my favourite. Quite a sour flavour & I like the taste of regular kefir.
Preying on the worried well
Taken daily, the cost would be £60 per month, based on the perception of the ill-defined topic of gut health and yet because this product is fortified by the addition of calcium it can be associated with gut health, possibly the lowest food ingredient, so why are we being asked to pay a premium for it to be incorporated in a Fruit flavoured Keifer, and dont be fooled by the probiotic bacteria either there will be little evidence that they are the right ones let alone doing us any good spread the word, the same probiotic mix may not work for everyone? The diversity within our gut microbiome means various bacteria strains interact differently. This impacts probiotic effectiveness based on individual conditions.
Just ok\-ish
These didn’t quite agree with me. All natural kefir drinks are much better.
