A premium quality and versatile pasta shape perfect for creating either hob cooked or oven-baked pasta 'al forno"" dishes. This artisan pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures for an exceptional cooked texture and flavour. A good source of dietary fibre, gluten and soy free as well as free from additives and emulsifiers. Maidea Gluten Free Tagliatelle also available.

Cooking Time: Typically 9-12 minutes depending on your ‘al dente’ preference.
Simply add pasta to boiling water, drain when cooked and stir in Le Conserve Della Nonna Vegan & Gluten Free Porcini Mushroom Sauce for a gourmet meal in minutes.
Instructions
1 Serving is 85g
Hob – Boil 1ltr of water and add 1tsp salt per Serving. Stir in 85g pasta. Boil for 9 to 12 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute after this until 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
Oven – Boil 1ltr of water and add 1tsp salt per Serving. Stir in 85g pasta. Boil for 9 minutes, drain and place into an ovenproof dish stirring in your favourite baked pasta sauce for 20-30 mins at 200C or as per your recipe instructions.

Just cooked and eaten now ordering more. Going to stock on this.
A good choice
I thought i would give this pasta a go as i had read the reviews and fancied a change. The hoops or tubes are massive and delicious. Just about the right amount of firmness achieved after about 12 mins. I decided to use my stir in pasta sauce with a sprinkle of cheese on top. It turned out to be one of the nicest pasta dishes I've had for a long time. Yes they are very big pieces so you don't need too many and for a change they are worth the extra price. Lovely stuff Ocado!
My new favourite.
My new favourite pasta which means theyll probably stop stocking it soon. Tends to happen. I think Ive tried most GF pastas and this is most definitely my fave. Just cooked the best dish ever.. incorporating garlic in butter, scallops, chillis and this pasta. I would confidently charge £20 for it in a restaurant.

Excellent flavour and texture
I've tried so many different types of gluten free pasta, this is wonderful. The flavour and texture are equally excellent. I cooked it (gentle boiling temp) for just 10 mins as instructed and it was perfect. I stirred it gently two or three times. I think the reviewer whose pasta disintegrated must have over cooked it.
Completely disintegrated
Cooked this pasta for a special meal. It completely disintegrated, not a single tube was left. We ate 'bits' of pasta in a sauce which was not appetising. Would not buy again, would not recommend. Plenty of better gf pastas out there for less money
