History
Languedoc-Roussillon is a large wine region in southern France. Stretching from Nimes and Montpellier, around the Mediterranean to the Spanish border. Wines made in the Lanquedoc are typically French in character while Roussillon, acquired from Spain in the 17th century has influences from the Catalan culture.
Languedoc-Roussillon is showing great progress in the quality of its wines, new and emerging styles, paired with innovative producers is breathing new life into this winemaking in the region.
Regional Information
Pays d'Oc area has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters, with most rainfall during Spring and Autumn. Continental winds from the north-west bring cooling influences to lesson disease pressures, winds from the South bring much needed moisture.

Vinification Details
Grapes were sourced from growers who already provide us with Malbec for our red wines. Harvest was carefully timed to allow the grapes to ripen fully while still maintaining their fresh, zippy profile necessary for a rosé wine. Gentle handling in the winery and vinification in stainless steel gave us a delicate colour with fresh, fruity flavours.

Looks like a beautiful bottle, and reads very well. Tastes nothing like the description, very dry and unpleasant to drink. I wouldn't purchase again.

Quite partial to whispering angel but would say this is arguably equally as nice for much less! Very smooth and drinkable.

Good flavours but still nice and dry

Bought this on offer at two for £15. Good value at that price, packed full of fruity flavours bit still nice and dry. I would buy this again on offer.

What a fun rose \- new family favourite

Being a fan of Provencal Rose and not a fan of Malbec I bought this on a whim to accompany aperitif nibbles for Malbec lovers on a sunny evening. Well is this a Provencal Rose or a Malbek - actually a very nice fruity light summer aperitif/foodible wine suitable for mediterranean salads, chicken, light grills, or a Persian Trifle (google it). Just bought it again..... and on offer.

Love this so much! I stock up for the wife but it's so delicious that I drink it too.

love this

I love this. I started buying it last year and Ocado stopped stocking it until now. Buyers do nothing make the same mistake as I did by saving a bottle for a year! It went off!!!? It is the type of wine to be drank within a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
