This pasta is made in Italy with free range egg and Italian “00” flour. We use the best quality ingredients and traditional methods of production to achieve the finest quality fresh pasta.
One of these methods is to slowly extrude the pasta through a bronze die, creating a textured product with a rough surface, allowing the sauces to hold well.

This pasta was easy to prepare and good quality it served my two children so adults may need a extra bag for two.
Usually really good but not last packet
Have had this product a few times and I am not usually disappointed. Quick cook and tastes nice but unfortunately the pack I have just taken from my fridge is mouldy and it's 18 days before the use by date. Disappointed.

Lovely flavour and texture!
Ours sons favourite fusilli - hands down! And honestly my husband's and mine as well. The flavour and texture of the pasta is lovely. We serve it with sauce or for a quicker bite with butter and grated Parmesan. Delicious both ways!
