Recipes
Whisk together 1 large egg and 420ml water in a bowl. Add 192g McDougalls Classic Pancake Mix and whisk until smooth.
Lightly oil a medium sized frying pan and heat until very hot. Pour in enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.
Use a ladle to make it easier to put your batter in the pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes over a medium heat until golden brown on the underside. Turn over and cook the other side for a further minute.
Pile the cooked pancakes on top of each other and serve sprinkled with lemon and sugar or syrup.
Why not try your pancakes topped with melted chocolate, strawberries and whipped cream.

Waste of money. No where near as nice as M&S own brand.

Easy pancakes
We found these were great. Quick and easy batter. Tasted lovely when we tried both savoury and sweet toppings!
Absolutely disgusting
The whole lot went in the bin. thought I would get this to save some time. How wrong I was. Am so angry. I feel utterly RIPPED OFF. Can't believe the whole lot ended up in the bin. The taste and texture is disgusting. I wish I'd read all the other reviews. Ocado - you should be ashamed to stock this product.
Wonderful pancakes and so much easier.
The end result is always a batch of delicious pancakes that are exactly the same as when I make them from scratch but this is so much easier and more convenient than weighing and measuring out the flour and milk. All you need is water and an egg. My family doesnt know the difference and we love them. Convenient, quick and delicious.
