Our free from cooking sauce is a rich Korma sauce with coconut, almonds and spices where the ingredients are specially selected to be free from dairy products, wheat and gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable with meat, fish, vegetables or quorn.

Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
1 jar Meridian Korma Cooking Sauce
2 large handfuls of baby kale
Rice, coriander and lime to serve
Method:
1) Peel the sweet potatoes and chop into small chunks. Put in a saucepan with the Meridian Korma sauce. ⅓ fill the jar with water and shake to release all of the sauce and pour into the pan too with the potatoes.
2) Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a little more water if the sauce gets too thick. Stir in the baby kale and check that all is tender. Serve with Rice, coriander and lime.
Our Korma sauce is naturally gluten and dairy free, contain no added sugar or salt and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
