Hard and chewy
Found these to be nearly inedible. They were small, thick skinned, hard and chewy. Somehow we ended up with two packets when we had paid for one. I threw most of them away.

Perfect for baking and eating
Much prefer these to the soft figs that seem to dominate the supermarket shelves. They are drier so dont disintegrate when baking and have a nice chewy texture that makes for satisfying snacking.
