Aubergine heaven

This aubergine pesto brings something different to the table than your regular pesto, and my family and I absolutely love it! It is made well, tastes amazing and is something I will be adding to my trolley frequently.

Lacking any depth. You can taste the aubergine however it leaves unappetising oily pasta
