Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine
vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
IGP. This particular balsamic has a
9-year-ageing quality, dark colour with golden highlights and a well-balanced
flavour. It is ideal for mixed salads,
eggs, tuna, vinaigrette, meat or fish marinades, red or white meat, grilled
or boiled fish, omelettes, shrimp, shellfish, fried or boiled potatoes and
cheese.

Given the price tag, I naively assumed this must be good. I was suckered in when I saw it was on sale and excitedly added it to the cart. Stupid me. It is rubbish and a total waste of money. The consistency is like water and it is ridiculously mild with no bite. Even when using liberally on a salad, it is so weak that it doesnt even stain any vegetables or salad leaves. Honestly dont bother with this one. One positive of the consistency is that Ill be going through this one quickly and finish it quickly so I can buy a better one. I wont be buying this one ever again.
