Breakfast treat.

Will do me for 2 weeks of breakfasts and a couple of treats. I got a 2 50 coupon off so we're good value. I think I probably would pay full price as liked all the flavours and kept me going till lunch. Also like that a variety to have different each day.

Dates provide the sugar

Im reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. Certainly different, natural ingredients (listed on each bar). No additives , nothing for gluten/wheat intolerant individuals to worry about. They have a soft chewy bite and whilst not perfect are not bad either. You could imagine these enveloped in chocolate, but that would defeat the objective of just being pure natural ingredients. However, the bulk of each bar comprises of compressed dates (hence soft chewy bite). Unfortunately this creates two problems, hence why I cant recommend. 1. Dates contain a natural sugar called sorbitol, which is a laxative and a powerful one at that. Great for constipation, otherwise keep away. 2. Each type of bar contains different amounts of sugar, the lowest about 33%, the highest about 55%. My favourite is the Berry bar, plenty of fruity flavour.

Ingredients ???

Where is the list of ingredients? Vital for coeliacs, wheat allergy and sulphite allergy sufferers. Come on Ocado - get this sorted because my Coupon is useless!

Read this Ocado

These are a good price compared to a four box at this intro offer. But at full price they are more per bar than a four box! Why would you buy them? Product is convenient and nice.
