Strange taste. Not chicken.
I didn't like it. Strange taste. I was fine with the tiny portion size but others may want more. This isn't chicken if you look at the ingredients! Just follow the instructions. Easy to make.

Easy quick lunch
I was pleased by how well they powder dissolved after a couple of stirs and some waiting in-between. This made a tasty and filling lunch. Seemed healthy enough and I wad full up after it. Will buy again.
