Natoora Greek Kimi Dried Figs


- Sweet, nutritionally dense Kimi figs develop their distinct characteristics from the soil and microclimate of Kimi, Greece. 
- Sourced from the Lambrou family, who grow and harvest their fruits according to traditional, manual methods, developed in the area over centuries.  
- Figs are torn in half, dried open in the sun, and then joined in pairs to form the “ascada” or “Kimi fig”, in their well-known figure of eight shape.
