Your refillable spray bottle is designed to work with Neat. concentrated refills.
It is designed to last and not to trash. It is aluminium, so light weight but durable. It has a silicone base that gives it extra protection where it needs it and feels great when placing on hard surfaces. This base can be removed for cleaning.
To get the most out of your bottle and so it lasts as long as possible, we recommend you clean it after each refill. Simply rinse the bottle with warm water. To clean the nozzle, fill the bottle with clean warm water and pump a few sprays into the sink until there is little or no foam.
Give everything a wipe so it still looks fresh and clean and you are all set for your next refill.

This concentrated refill is designed to be used with our super-durable, re-usable aluminium spray bottle. Simply mix this concentrate in the spray bottle along with 470ml of tap water (no need to use hot water) to make 500ml of multi surface cleaner. Secure the closure and shake thoroughly before spraying. Pssst it is best to add the tap water before the refill to avoid foaming.
The Multi Surface Cleaner is suitable on most surfaces including:

Sealed stone, granite and marble

Effective
I bought this along with a few other items from the range. It works well on stainless steel and granite, not mad on the scents, prefer method scents but will continue as I like the refills.

grapefruit
Not keen on the smell. Found it overpowering and it gives me a headache every time I use this one. Only sprays with chemicals do that to me!. Sorry I won't buy this Grapefruit fragrance again. Hoping the others are not as strong and dont give me a headache.

No need to panic - this product is NOT toxic.
Contrary to what a previous reviewer states, the product is not toxic. The warning - as explained by the maker - applies to the concentrate only. Once the product is diluted the warning no longer applies! This information is set out on this (Ocado) website. I've knocked off 1* because I find the added perfume a bit too flowery/strong.

This is a toxic product!
Whilst I applaud the end of single use plastic and reduced packaging, this is an example of GREENWASHING at its finest. This product is harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. This means its harmful to humans as well, as we are all connected. Why poison the water if there are non toxic safe alternatives out there?

spray mechanism stopped working
I really loved this product. I bought 2. I did find the refills expensive (although lovely smelling) so switched to cheaper alternatives. The spray bottles were great though. Sadly however 1 stopped working correctly. I thought maybe a dodgy one but now the second has also broke in the same way. So although I have had a few months use its probably not been beneficial to the environment after all. Really disappointed!
