great to use as a body wash
I dont use this on my face as Im quite sensitive there but this also makes an amazing body wash if you have hard water. A little goes a long way and it always makes my skin extra soft and smooth, nothing else really compares.
bad batch or poor storage?
Definitely a problem with the Ocado batch. The product I recieved was cloudy too. The seal was also broken and it smelt odd. Had to request a refund. When I have used it in the past, it's a good, brightening cleanser but perhaps not for dry or sensitive skin types as it's one of the more drying glycolic formulas I find.
product is cloudy
As previous reviews say, this was cloudy when delivered. I wonder if it is because of the way it is stored, or if it is a faulty batch. I recommend this product but until Ocado change the way they store it, or get a batch that isn't faulty, you're better off buying it elsewhere.
product colour has changed
Ordered and have to request refund three times in the last 3 orders because the colour of the liquid changed to opaque, and smell different too. Will go to boots to take a look if it is the product or the batch in Ocado has this problem.
A reasonably priced glycolic cleanser
I leave it on for a few minutes for an extra deep cleanse.
Normally love this, but last two bottles opaque
This product is usually clear. I am unsure if the formulation has changed or whether there was a problem with a batch but my last two bottles (bought together) contain an opaque liquid, with a thinner consistency than normal. The product normally turns opaque when you use it (when mixed with water) so I have to wonder if some water got into this batch?
