More of a vinegar

I love miso so I was excited to try this sauce. Unfortunately, it takes like rice vinegar and not much else. Not even a hint of sweetness.

Very delicious

This is a very lazy purchase - you could easily make this sauce yourself but it is very very tasty - and I think good value on offer - and makes it so much more likely that I will eat a decent quick lunch. Will buy again.

Try it on Aubergines

Excellent flavour and ingredients

Have been buying Nojo sauces since the first food show they did. Great ingredients. Beautifully lift any veg, fish or grain. All their sauces are very good.

Pricey but nice

There are times when you tired and hungry and are craving something tasty but can't be bothered to go to a lot of effort. I've used this on weekday evenings to turn a piece of fish, some vegetables and rice or soba into something that not only tastes delicious but also tastes planned.
