Brand
Amy & Chris created The Northern Dough Co when pizza parties at their Lancashire home became a great way of getting everyone together in the kitchen. Things are a little different these days. The pizza parties are still going strong but a growing business and range of foolproof frozen dough keeps them very busy. perfect and convenient
Ons ball made a pizza just big enough for 2 to share with salad. Don't add too many wet toppings and you should get a crust that's light and crisp and a bendy middle, which is as a proper pizza should be.
Raw taste
Not nice compared to all the usual supermarket pizzas. Dough tasted raw even after excess cooking.
Great Dough
This is a great dough but it's a little unpredictable in its cooking, hard to get a crispy base.
Great freezer staple
This has become a regular addition to the weekly shop. Its a great time saver for a quick mid-week meal for the family. We no longer buy ready made pizzas as this is instead a fun and simple way to get the kids involved in preparing a meal and its great to be able to choose your own toppings. Great to find something with normal, natural ingredients too and no additives.
Freezer staple
Love this! Leave it in the fridge to defrost overnight and its so easy to form. I just stretch it with hands. Its nice size for two people (each ball). Dough might get a bit dry in not too hot oven so I use a bit extra sauce. Always good to have this in freezer.
