Exfoliates gently
Product contains lactic acid which is an effective exfoliator.It's not a grainy scrub, just a different type of exfoliation which does a good job of softening hard skin without all that rubbing and scrubbing.

its not an exfoliant
Its a moisturiser with no exfoliating component that I can detect, not what I wanted at all, misleading. Seems fine as a moisturiser after a single use.
