Aubergine & Mozzarella Stack - Brush 1cm slices of aubergine with olive oil. Chargrill on a hot grill. Combine a large bunch of chopped fresh parsley, finely chopped fresh rosemary needles, 3 chopped garlic cloves and the zest of a lemon to make gremolata. Alternately layer slices of aubergine, mozzarella and gremolata. Heat the stack in the oven for 15 minutes.

Not growing - dead
Absolutely dreadful. Within a couple of days two stems of it had turned brown, and within the week, it had all died. It was too late for me to request a refund, but I'll never buy it again

Plant turned brown after two days, was completely dead within a week. It was given the right amount of water and was placed in a sunny place. This is the second time its happened, and curiously, message to Ocado didn't even get a reply. I hope Ocado will stock small plants with better survival rate, that suits the kitchen window.
