Disappointing quality

Unfortunately agree with other reviews...finding these apples wrinkle and turn" bad " kept in the fridge ( would have usually left them out ) ...

only 5 apples not 6

My hubby bought these for me. I didnt realise so when I found them in the fridge theyd been there 10 days. Apples normally keep for ages if theyve been stored correctly. These are somewhat mushy and one is half rotten which leads me to think theyre well beyond fresh. Biggest gripe though is five apples not six !!

Not good enough

Organic products come at a premium price so one expects a premium product. When apples are mushy and flavourless this means they have been in storage for up to 3 years. Yep, 3 years! Just not acceptable and I wonder where is the quality control? So much fresh produce these days is below par. In Ocado's favour I will say they are better than other supermarkets for home delivery.

we love these!

I noticed a low star rating on these which surprised me- we get them every week and they seem to be always crisp and sweet and delicious! I also love that they come in cardboard not plastic!

varies by time of year

We have found these (in May) to be like cardboard. Only just about edible with very little flavour at all. Please stick more decent organic apples.
