If the toothbrush handle is dropped, the brush head should be replaced before the next use even if no damage is visible. Replace brush (head) every 3 months or sooner if brush head becomes worn. Really clean and fresh after use .You do have to charge it a lot but its worth it.

Really poor battery life
I bought this a couple of months ago and although the toothbrush held its charge well initially. That didn't last long though. It takes around 18 hours to charge and now only holds its charge for 24 - 48 hours. Additionally, if you have a small mouth the toothbrush head is quite large and it can be quite uncomfortable cleaning molars, wisdom teeth etc.
