The Organico pasta sauce range captures all the magic of Italian regional cooking. Taste the woods, valley and mountains of Tuscany with this rich red wine and porcini sauce that is great; both as a pasta sauce, or in a home-made cacciatora (the Tuscan hunter’s stew).


Part of our double-concentrate ‘heat and serve’ sauce range, thick and rich in taste, with more than 1kg of tomatoes in every jar, we recommend you dilute with between half to a full jar of additional water.

Intense

Very strongly flavoured sauce so better value than it looks. Added creme fraiche and milk, made a great pasta bake

Authentic, rich sauce

Tried this with meatballs and everyone commented how lovely the sauce was. Spun it out a little by adding water to the jar remains and was still a great consistency. Might seem a little expensive, but for the quality and the fact that the ingredients are organic, it’s worth it.
