Japanese sake; rice based alcohol. Ozeki’s unique brewing technology brings out the rich and crisp flavour yet dry taste of “Karatamba” that pairs well with any cuisine enhancing the taste. “Karatamba” is an excellent Honjozo-shu that can be enjoyed chilled or warmed any time of year. Not to my taste

This was almost syrupy and too sweet for my palate. Prefer other brands. I've paid less and more for sake and this just didn't 'cut it' for me.

Very palatable sake

Chilled it worked equally well with miso baked black cod and raw oysters.

perfect with our japenese meal

I have not had sake for years but decided to indulge in this purchase as we were cooking a Japanese menu. we all loved it, warmed up slightly it was a perfect accompaniment to our meal. even those who had never tried sake before thought it delicious
