Useful and nice
This was as good as the fresh chopped version I buy from the supermarket. Very useful if you live on your own. It cooked (boiling) in about four minutes rather than the usual six.
Good to roast and add to rice, curry, salads etc.
the pieces were a bit smaller than expected but I roasted them to then add to a vegetable rice. They added a nice touch of sweetness as expected and were probably the right size for this however to add to curries they are probably a little small. Great for convenience.
Dry, small hard
Title says it all. Very small scraps of sweet potato, lots of skin, very difficult to cook.
tiny
Way too small - size of finger nails!
Tiny pieces!
I generally love Packd products (convenient, organic and plastic free) but Ive bought their sweet potato twice now and found that it contained lots of tiny pieces, which would be fine for mash but dont work when cooked as directed. A pity!
dont waste your money
I thought this was going to be a great idea but as others have said the inconsistency in size of pieces (hence affecting the cooking) just makes this a waste of money. A lot of the pieces were smaller than a single petit pois
