Preparation and Usage

How to Use
Perfect for blending, baking, snacking and adding to porridge, yogurt, cereal and desserts - simply defrost for 30 minutes. For Smoothies blend from frozen.

Recipes

Cherry Smoothie (Serves 1)
115g cherries
30g banana
1 tbsp nut butter
200ml almond milk

1. Add ingredients to your blender
2. Add approximately 200ml of almond milk
3. Blend to your desired consistency

Cherry Compote (Serves 1)
115g cherries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup

1. Add ingredients to a pan
2. Gently heat and mash cherries when soft
3. Once liquid thickens, remove from heat and enjoy!
