ABOUT THE DISH
Those lucky enough to have driven along the Italian coastline will be familiar with the small, family-run restaurants that appear on the horizon. As one draws closer, one cannot help but marvel at how beautiful their pale blue facades look against the sun: a sort of seaside fairy tale. But it’s the waft of fresh seafood cooking in the kitchens of these little, family-run establishments that is most captivating. From aragosta - lobster in Italian - to the most beautiful crab & prawn, these little coastline eating spots typically source freshly-caught seafood directly from nearby fishermen in the morning, giving them time to prepare the catch and create simple but sublime dishes in time for hungry drivers to feast upon as lunchtime arrives.
In this dish, we’ve looked to this wonderfully idyllic scene for inspiration, filling our ravioli with lobster, crab and prawn. This exact shape is know as ‘Lingotti’, meaning ‘ingots’ – as in ingots of precious metals like gold – which we think is a fitting shape for the treasured seafood varieties within. We’ve included burro e salvia (sage butter) and fresh samphire to serve, allowing you to recreate a seaside restaurant experience a little closer to home. Follow the instructions we include with your kit and enjoy a 5* pasta dish in 5 minutes.

Storage
FREEZING: Alternatively freeze before use by date. The pasta can be cooked from frozen, for 5 minutes. The butter can also be cooked from frozen, heat until steaming.
Preparation and Usage
1. Bring a large saucepan of water up to the boil. Salt the water (around ½tbsp per litre).
2. Cook the pasta in the gently boiling water for 2 minutes. Stir occasinonally to prevent sticking.
3. Whilst the pasta cooks, put the sauce and add 2 tbsp (30ml) of the boiling pasta cooking water. Take care to ensure you squeeze all the sauce from the pouch. Gently heat until steaming and then turn off the heat.
4. Lift the pasta out of the water and transfer to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately. Buon appetito!

lovely
Was open minded due to previous mixed reviews. You need to cook this exactly as stated but the results are beautiful! Gorgeous pasta with lovely filling...the sauce and Samphire just lovely!! I added some sugar snap peas on the side as other reviews said small portion...this was not needed! I found it to be a generous portion for two! lovely and fresh, would definitely buy again!

This was enjoyable but price point is too high - you get the flavour of citrus and seafood, sauce is good but £15, even £13, is not something I would pay again for this
Exceptional
This was not the usual everyday meal and more like a restaurant experience in the comfort of your own home. The pack is more than enough for 2 people or more if divided as a taster menu. We had friends over and they were more than impressed.
Delicious and well filled
Delicious pasta, well filled and good flavour! Loved the samphire addition, brought a slight saltiness to it. The sauce was a rich tomato flavour but didn't overpower the seafood taste
Homemade gourmet pasta
This was so gourmet and yummy. Huge pieces of ravioli with the right amount of thickness and filled with delicious crab and lobster - and the sauce complemented really well - fresh and tomatoey.
