Colour: Pale yellow with green hints.
Nose: Very aromatic, grassy,  herbaceous, grapefruit.
Palate: Aromatic, refreshing, perfectly balanced, complex in the mouth.

Got it because it had a great review - not nice at all! Used the rest of the bottle for cooking
