Product information

Bin 311 Chardonnay truly reflects the winemakers' mantra of going where the fruit grows best and where it best suits style. In the previous release of Bin 311, fruit sourcing moved to multi-regional cool-climate regions. In true Bin 311 style, not unlike Yattarna, it exhibits lemon/lime aromas and a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in mostly seasoned oak. Minimal filtration is employed, preserving elegant fruit flavours.

Nice chilled, good white wine

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I enjoyed this with fish and had some the next night with spicy chicken, not too dry or too sweet. I'd not pay full price but would get it for an occasion

Nothing else wrong per say, but the notes are not for me pallet.

Nice but not my thing

Sent to review by Ocado. Im a super sweet wine type of person. Tried this and it was fruity but no way sweet enough for me. So only 2-3 stars. On the upside my sister and friend loved it and friend has since bought it again. She feels its a 4-5 star.

Lovely wine

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I have been really looking forward to trying it and it didn't disappoint. Lovely Chardonnay, wish I could afford it on a regular basis but would definitely buy for a special occasion.

Really nice

I'm reviewing this because I received a free sample in return for an independent review. A super wine, this: full of fruity flavours and a very pleasant mineral taste. A super, complex wine - will definitely be keeping this one on the favourites list!
