We recommend that you reheat 200 g (approximately 10 blocks) to make a lasagna/gratin dish for 4 people.

For 10 blocks
Pour the desired amount into a suitable container. Reheat for the indicated amount of time, stirring half way through.

For 200 g (10 blocks - half of a sachet): 4 min 30 4 min
For 400 g (20 blocks - full sachet): 6 min 30 6 min
Set aside for a few minutes before using in lasagna, gratins, croques monsieur or other recipes.

Pour the desired amount of blocks in a casserole dish with a little water. Reheat on medium heat for the indicated amount of time, stirring regularly:
- For 200 g or 10 blocks with 4 tablespoons of water: 8 min
- For 400 g or 20 blocks with 6 tablespoons of water: 12 min
Set aside for a few minutes before using in lasagna, gratins, croques monsieur or other recipes.
