What a great find!
I did my own thing with this. Put salmon fillets on a bed of it, seasoning and olive oil, and popped it in the oven. Love celeriac but it is now beyond my capabilities to peel so thrilled to find this. Great success and will be a regular from now on.
Disgusting
Watery and a dreadful taste to them.
Hot cucumber?
I got this out of curiosity. The carbs and cals are super low. But heating cucumber? That concerned me. But there was nothing to worry about, I couldn’t really tell the difference between that and the courgette and the celeriac didn’t overpower the mix.. Tasty and super quick to blast in the microwave. I had it, as is, as a side dish. Definitely getting again.
Convenient and tasty
I've thrown this into fried rice and a tomato sauce for pasta and it's worked really well both times. This is going to become a staple!
Something different
Fast, easy, tasty and frozen so no wasting veg if youre single !
