The healthiest blueberries you can buy
These blueberries are great and full of flavor.
Delicious and healthy
I see a lot of negative reviews here which say you need to cook them- its because they are typically picked in the woods. I was also picking them as a child. Growing up in Poland it was a staple in the summer months- dumplings, soup, cake you name it. I also ate them raw (washed) and never fell ill but I wouldnt recommend that. Yes they do have a slightly different flavour and yes they do stain everything blue/ purple- thats absolutely normal. They are also packed with vitamins and being considered superfood.
so small
I have never seen blueberries so small. They are totally tasteless. These blueberries made me blue .Not buying again.
Exceptional
We made blueberry crumble and it was delicious! These have different flavours to fresh local blueberries, reminded us of the french pastries with myrtilles we used to have in France. Balanced tart and sweetness. Cetait parfait!
Exquisite, outstanding, exceptional!
These are outstanding! They have a beautiful deep vibrant colour and an exquisite, intense full flavour with a perfect balance of sweetness and sharpness - the depth of flavour and colour is exceptional. With reference to reviews about cooking, I have eaten these raw daily for many years and never cook them, as I prefer to run the very slight risk of Hepatitis A/Norovirus (as they are wild) in order to preserve the vitamins and nutrients which are destroyed by heat. Delicious added to porridge, cereals and muesli, and glorious as a dessert with sliced banana and Nush Almond Yoghurt or Cocos Organic Coconut Yoghurt. I equally love Picard Organic Mixed Berries and Picard Organic Raspberries - all are outstanding in every respect. Another winner from Picard!
