DIY pizza
I had a voucher from Ocado to try this kit. It's hard to say how to rate it, the pizza tastes very good, and the toppings and dough are also delicious. But the problem is that for quite a lot of money you have to make it yourself. If you have enough time, it can be fun. But there is no instruction on the packaging, so you have to look online to find out where to start. And then when you are ready to make the pizza you find out that you should have taken it out of the fridge an hour ago! I didn't have time to wait, so my dough didn't rise as it should, but it was still tasty. I don't think I'd buy this again. For £10 I could buy two decent pizzas ready to bake.
Good for the offer
Purchased this when I had a coupon for £1 was great for a Friday night dinner. I wouldnt spend £10. But great when on offer
Pointless
Only decent thing I ever get a voucher for is out of stock, when other members seem to get sent free stuff.
popped open
We had this kit many times and it's a great alternative to take away pizza for sure. Nonetheless I was surprised to see that all dough containers popped open in the fridge, in the package, use by date is 5 days ahead. I'm a bit concerned about whether we can still eat it or the batch was wrong? Has anyone had a similar experience?
Great Fun to make
We enjoyed making these , they are not large but are very filling , cheese and tomato tastes great. We cooked on pizza stone in gas bbq, came up crispy and tasted great .. added Italian sausage and mushroom used plenty of flour .. will buy again
headache inducing
Sorry but you pay a tenner to DIY. You dont find out you are about to cook that you should have removed from fridge an hour before. Then you need your phone for a QR code to get instructions. Then learn there are 2 legs to cooking: frying AND grilling. Are you serious! What busy mum needs this!
