Made from all natural, plant-based ingredients, our Sweet Potato & Coconut Laksa is the ultimate nourishing comfort food. We stir sweet potatoes, grilled red peppers and thick noodles through a rich coconut broth packed with ginger, lemongrass and miso, before finishing the dish with a sprinkling of crushed chillies for a little heat.

For best results microwave from frozen (800w full power).
Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
This is a guide only.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800w Full Power).
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film & cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven fan 180°C/ gas 6. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir, ensure the product is piping hot before serving.

Very tasty dish
Delicious for lunch. Portion small for price so I wouldn't buy it regulaly but handy to have one in freezer for a quick meal.
Lovely aroma
I received this free from Ocado to try and review. Whilst cooking it smelt lovely but I am afraid that is where it ends. The sweet potato was just mushed up and the consistency was of a pureed meal. I ate about 10% of this. I am afraid I would not recommend this. For what one gets it is also quite expensive
expensive for a tray of sauce
This was actually quite tasty, but it was almost all sauce, very sloppy. Hardly any noodles. The sweet potato was still hard after cooking but as there were only 3 tiny pieces I suppose it didn't matter... Portion size is tiny, smaller than the average microwave meal. Not worth the money
really tasty but
could be packed with a bit more veg, peppers for example. Very tasty and great for the freezer
Super tasty
One of the nicest ready meals i've had, so much flavour and perfect textures of the noodles and vegetables. There is a lot more sauce that noodles so recommend some bread to dip in.
Currently My Favourite Ready Meal
Unlike most of the other reviewers, I didn't receive a free sample, I purchased mine, but I'm really happy to do so as this really is delicious. I eat mine with a naan bread. The sauce is very tasty and at first I wasn't sure about the noodles but now I enjoy that bit the most! The only issue with this meal and some of the others in the range is that the trays are fragile and often break in transit so the manufacturers need to look at this. This on its own is not enough of an issue for me to stop buying it!
