Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidance only, cooking times may vary. We recommend cooking our chickpea tikka masala in the microwave from fresh for the most delicious result!; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 800W, 6 min
Recommended!
Remove the sleeve, pierce film and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins.
Peel back film, stir and re-cover. We also recommend adding 2 tbsp of water to the rice at this step. Cook for a further 2 mins.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 180°C Fan, Gas 6, 25 min
Preheat your oven, remove the sleeve, pierce film and place on a baking tray in centre of the oven. Heat for 15 mins. Peel back film, stir and re-cover. We also recommend adding 2 tbsp of water to the rice at this step. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Really good
This is how a good quality prepared meal should taste. Especially, enjoyed the cauliflower and is still had some chrunch to it and wasn't mushy. Tasty chickpeas in a warming sauce too.

Nice and healthy meal.
I really enjoyed this dish. It is packed with goodness: chickpeas, cauliflower and carrots and tomato and coconut sauce. Not very spicy. 25 minutes in the oven or 6 minutes in the microwave. I had it as lunch and thought it was pretty good. Will buy again.
