Remove the sleeve, pierce film and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins. Peel back film, stir and re-cover. We also recommend adding 2 tbsp of water to the rice at this step. Cook for a further 2 mins. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 180°C Fan, Gas 6, 25 min

Tastless, watery sauce and fibrous tough veg
This was pretty awful and I do not understand the good reviews. I received it as a substitute for a chicken curry, so I was already not in the best of moods by the rubbish substitution which was also more expensive. The sauce had no resemblance to a green curry apart from its colour. It was also very watery and didnt have any creaminess which is a green curry requirement. There were barely any vegetables in the watery sauce, and those that were in there were tough and fibrous - I even had a branch of something in mine - just awful. I do not recommend this at all and I will definitely not be buying this for myself.
Big portion
Best part of this meal was that it was quite a big serving for one. Taste was it was good but I was expecting a little more traditional green curry flavour as this was more adventurous version that I'm used to.
Great lunch or dinner for 1.
A nice little meal packed with vegetables. It contains aubergine, red pepper, green beans and brown basmati/wild rice, so it is a pretty decent healthy meal. The green curry sauce is decent flavour wise, but I would prefer it a bit thicker. Ready in 6 minutes in the microwave so it makes a nice lunch. I will buy this again.

Delicous plant based meal
A really delicous plant based meal that is so quick and easy to prepare after a busy day. A lovely combination of vegetables including aubergine, red pepper, green beans and bamboo shoots in a delicious thai curry sauce that is not at all to spicy. The brown basmati and wild rice is tasty with a good texture, too.
