tasty
Very tasty cured meat, worth the price
mouldy
This had three weeks before its use by date, and when I opened it up, there is mould growing on all of the slices! Such a shame as I was looking forward to it greatly.
This was just lovely.
I sit and eat a pack on its own, its so lovely.

Tried this and we were very pleased indeed with the quality and taste of these Italian cured bacon strips. Multiple uses include toasted sandwiches, starters, and cut into small pieces as a substitute for pancetta, We also think highly of the other Rovagnati products we've tried via Ocado.
An aperitif staple
I buy this as a staple, I love speck as does my Italian husband, but lately it has lots of veins of fat through the slices that I have to cut out, although its usually trimmed. Its a shame and hope the quality returns as it was before.
