There are five in this porridge, giving it loads of texture from tiny nibbles to bigger bites. We're especially chuffed with our linseeds. They have a gently nutty, earthy flavour. And those two kinds of linseed are teamed up with eight other, similarly flavour packed ingredients. Look out world, here you come.

why not organic?
I buy the granola and assumed this was also organic, but it's not. The porridge is fine but I've been reading how glyphosate is used to dry oats, so I won't buy again. Hopefully Rude Health can produce an organic version
Very good
I like this mix of grains and seeds. I also like to have jumbo oats because they are less processed than rolled oats. So I get a big bowl and mix up a bag of jumbo oats, this grain and seed mix, then throw in a small bag of mixed seeds for added health. I then decant it into airtight boxes for storage. Perfect!
breakfast staple in our house
I like all the Rude Health products, this is quick to make, I eat it with oat or almond milk and some honey.
A cut above your normal porridge
I make this with toasted almond milk and its absolutely delicious. Have converted a few relatives and friends who after having tasted it, have gone on to buy it themselves. Plus it doesnt take that long to make. So altogether a cracking good healthy breakfast.
Great
I really like this for ‘healthy’ flapjacks, biscuits and other baked goods, not just porridge. I even blitz it into a flour. A really handy way of adding diversity to your diet. My only complaint is the price, but I suppose that’s just how much premium ingredients cost now. It’s not a large quantity so I get through a pack quite quick.
Very good porridge
Im not usually a fan of porridge but trying to have some healthier breakfasts that include more fibre and bought this from Ocado on a 2 for £3 offer which made it very good value. I cooked this porridge with organic oat milk and it made a very nice creamy porridge with the added texture from the seeds. I didnt have any fresh berries to add to it today so added a spoonful of blackcurrant jam. It was very nice but it didnt need the added sweetness of the jam. Definitely having with berries next time.
