Unique?
Very different to other cheese spreads with a unique and delicious consistency. Goes well with so many things but elevates jacket baked potatoes from mundane to sublime. An absolute must have with a subtle zing.

Not enough punch
Cant really taste the Saint Agur. Not for real cheese lovers (though realise the other Saint Agur doesnt count as true cheese despite me loving it!)

stick with real blue cheese!
If you love a good sharp blue stay away from this its a poor substitute - if you like the idea of a good blue but cant stand the intensity then this may be for you!

Wonderful on sourdough. Not as heavy / strong as traditional blue cheese.
