Pretty bland and very firm - not what I was expecting. A regular brie is a fraction of the price and tastier.

Yum!
Small wheel of creamy delightful cheese. Not veined but wrapped in blue with flavour and texture slightly reminiscent of a firm Brie. Delicious with melts & grapes. Wrap well after using or eat in one sitting.
