Great melter

First time trying this vegan cheese (Im a sucker for new vegan products, so Ive tried a lot of vegan cheeses and been disappointed by many). This might be my new favourite for melting. Worked great in a toastie and melted into pasta. It has a mild taste, a great stretch (not quite the level of dairy cheese, but better than other dairy-free cheeses Ive tried) and I didnt find that it stuck to my teeth. Im happy with the ingredients too, although I would personally prefer if it had calcium and b12 added, but Ill still buy it for the joy of eating it. Also, it has a great shelf life (a couple of months) kept in the fridge. Definitely worth a try.
