So yummy!
This a really nice vegan cheese ( I actually thought it was mozzarella cheese when eating my pasta tonight) so good. I like that it contains almonds too
One of the best vegan melters
This cheese melted well. The flavour wasn't too strong but i'd rather that than the usual sicky, fake cheese taste that comes with some vegan cheeses.We will stick with the applewood vegan cheese for anything requiring a nice strong flavour and this one for pizzas or anything requiring a good melter!
Overated
The cheese has no flavour and doesn't fully melt unfortunately. I'm not sure how this cheese got so many good reviews. Tbh the Cathedral City vegan cheese is much more flavoursome and cheaper. Won't be buying this again that's for sure.
Best yet for pizza
I have tried so many vegan cheeses, and mozzarella alternatives have caused me the most grief. Got this on the basis of try everything just in case and was pleasantly surprised. It's a happy medium between the coconut-based ones - melts well, doesn't have that weird cheesy-feet smell that some of them do, and contains at least some actual protein and nutrients so you're not just eating flavoured fat. This is now my to-go for pizza - I like it even better than Mozzarisella and it's cheaper and easier to cook with.
Melts like a dream!
Ive tried so many vegan cheeses and this is by far the best one for pizzas, pastas and on top of burgers. Melts just like normal cheese, no weird after taste or plastic texture. Highly recommend and will continue to buy!
