Crafted at Loch Lomond distillery, our multi award-winning whisky is distilled in a continuous Coffey still using 100% malted barley. This allows us to create a lighter style of spirit, without compromising on quality, which is then matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a combination of infrared & fire toasted virgin American oak barrels. The use of infrared toasting is a first in the Scotch whisky world and allows intricate flavours to be extracted that make our whisky sweeter, with similar tasting notes to bourbon.
The result is a whisky that’s lighter, sweeter and more accessible than traditional Scotch. This makes our whisky perfect for mixing up in fun, unexpected serves. Think Clover Club over Rob Roy. Or, add a splash of peach liqueur and top with ginger ale to make a whisky spritz.
