Almost flavourless

one of the worst hot chocolates I've tried. There is a very faint taste of chocolate once you get near the end of the drink and the powder is concentrated, but absolutely no salted caramel flavour at all.

DISGUSTING!

I never had a more disgusting hot chocolate! It doesnt even taste remotely like chocolate and has a horrible after taste that stays in your mouth forever.

Drinkable but disappointing. You need to add milk not water. Would not buy again.

Hit and miss

Some sachets make a lovely salted caramel hot chocolate. Others make a very bland hot chocolate with no hint of salted caramel at all. Quality control needs improving!
