A bit bland

I received this from Ocado to review. On opening, there was a lovely nutty, syrupy aroma but that was as good as it got for me I'm afraid. I found it bland and couldn't really taste the golden syrup at all. A much lumpier consistency than other instant varieties but I had no problem with that. Maybe I got one that had missed out on the syrup flavour, but it really just tasted like regular porridge to me and I'm afraid I wouldn't buy it.

Good, a little sweet

Lots of variety in the market when it comes to instant porridge, this is certainly a good one if you like it a little sweeter.

Quick, easy and tasty

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado.’ Really enjoyed this porridge pot- not too sweet and much better texture than any instant porridge I’ve had before.

I was sent this to review. If you want porridge, it’s so easy & cheap to make. Don’t waste your money. I would never buy this.

It's ok

I was given this free to review. It was pleasent enough, previous comments that it's too sweet leave me wondering whether ingredients are not fully mixed at point of packaging. Would be handy on the go, but very small portion, so wouldn't be my choice.

useful if in a rush

This tasted good considering and was just the right amount for me although my husband would need a bigger pot. Certainly wasn't too sweet but then I love golden syrup. It is a little on the expensive side but I guess you are paying for the convenience
