Great!
Ive used all the dairy alternatives in bakes as I have a lactose intolerant kid and this is the only one that actually results in a crunchy biscuit. Im a convert, stork for life!
Perfect for scones
Excellent for making cheese scones
Good for making short bread.
Good for baking not for spreading. Often don’t have it when ordered. Weird as it’s in the supermarket. Irritated that I have to physically shop.
Palm Oil
This stuff works for pastry, of course, but it's loaded with palm oil, which I avoid both for environmental reasons and because it is high in saturated fat. I won't buy it again.
Dont use anything else for pastry.
As a trained chef & pastry chef who trained chefs, this is the best for baking & pastry. Dont use it in buttercream but its the best for pastry.
Perfect for baking
My go to for baking, never fails me and creates the perfect crumble, frosting, cookies, and brownies every time!
