2. Place tray in microwave.
3. Cook for 4 minutes (900W).
4. Peel off film and stir thoroughly.
5. Cook for another 4 minutes (900W) in the microwave.
6. Stand for 1 minute.

900 W 8 min.
1000 W 7 min.
1200 W 6 min.

watery and not as pictured
Watery collection of rice and stringy veg with some Thai flavours but not sauce. No broccoli or cauliflower as pictured on box. Very misleading. Try the brand All Plants instead.
Salt ruins it....

Please dont waste your money on something claiming to be a Thai green curry but just a watery collection of white rice and vegetables. The packaging makes out youre about to taste something premium. Your not. The overall taste is one of salt. Honestly if I was served this in a restaurant Id send it back. Avoid.
Nice flavour
Tasted nice but dry. I added some vegan cream cheese which melted in and made it more palatable. I would buy again but I'd have to add cheese.
Wow, bland, dont expect a taste sensation.
I love the aroma while its cooking, but thats it. The texture is soft and mushy, and lacks seasoning and fat. Not for foodies, but good for convenience fans who arent fussy and want something different. It will fill you up either way.

Really good quick healthy meal! Lovely flavour, great selection of veg, good quality ingredients. Love the strong roots brand, all their products are amazing. Will but again :)
