poor quality
I bought better quality halal minced meat than this one. Lots of gristle and strange taste when cooked. I won't buy it again
best Spag Bol EVER !!!!
This mince came together on a browning then low slow simmer . Ive made a thousand bolognaise but this mince made it a game changer Highly recommend
Gristle Galore
I always prefer halal meat it's usually better quality than non-halal meats from my experience - Tariq mince beef is an exception to that rule - the packaging and the meat looked good when I recieved it but when I cooked it up I could not believe how much gristle was in it - i've never experienced this from any mince meat I have purchased before - sometimes you may get one bit in a pack - but I had 6 bits of gristle in just my portion my partner had lots too - very poor quality.
