Artificial sugar !!
Stevia is used by Paraguay Indian women daily as a contraceptive.... please stop using it ! especially if you are trying to conceive. stop messing with our food.
better than sweetener and texture like sugar
Ive used sweetener previously and never liked the texture of it, where as this gives you the sugary crunch still and not the powdery feeling like other sweeteners.
Tastes like sweetener
I'm reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. It's ok but it still tastes like sweetener.
It's ok if you want low calorie sugar!
I'm reviewing this product because Ocado sent me a free sample. As low calorie sweeteners go, it's ok, and as a natural product it's more palatable and safer than other artificial sweeteners. I could probably get used to it but I find that it's a different kind of sweetness to sugar and and to be honest with sugar I can take it or leave it anyway, but if I really needed to sweeten drinks or cereals and I wanted a lower calorie sweetener I would pick this, it's much nicer than other artificial sweeteners and is also nicer than stevia on its own. I did some googling after reading a reviews at stevia isn't safe because I've never heard that before, all I could find is that steviol glycosides which are in this sugar are considered safe by the American FDA and also their equivalents in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada (using the whole stevia leaf rather than the extract is not considered safe because it's toxicological effects haven't been fully studied).
Will be buying this in the future
I was given this to review and was so pleased to discover this. Great taste but so much better for you so a win win
sweetness
I received a free pack of this , I have only tried in a coffee and to be fair it was ok but after reading other material, although it might aid weight loss and avoid tooth decay etc it can cause gut problems that I am already predisposed to , this has kind of deterred me from using it further
